Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Digital, Information Communication Technology, and Cybersecurity, has announced the completion of a state-of-the-art ICT Hub at Oba Abass Aleshinloye Secondary School in Eleyele, Ibadan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Facilitated in partnership with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), the ICT Hub underscores Hon. Olajide\u2019s commitment to a technology-driven Nigeria, fostering digital literacy and broadening students’ horizons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As articulated by Tolu Mustapha, Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, this project supports the Oyo State Government’s ambition to increase technological access and enhance educational outcomes, especially in the Ibadan North West\/Ibadan South West Federal Constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis ICT Hub isn\u2019t just about infrastructure; it\u2019s a doorway to new possibilities,\u201d Mustapha explained. \u201cIt\u2019s designed to equip our youths with the skills they need to excel in a tech-centric future, thereby fostering a socio-economic environment that is innovative and self-sustaining.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The hub, outfitted with modern computers, high-speed internet, and software tools, reflects Hon. Olajide\u2019s aspiration to align Nigeria\u2019s educational infrastructure with the demands of the digital age. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
